Having traveled the world thanks to my parents and lived in different countries, I spent over 12 years in Paris before settling in Portugal in 2016, in the beautiful city of Lisbon. Passionate about the aesthetics of places, the history of buildings and the art of service well done, I naturally turned to real estate. At the time, Lisbon was attracting more and more new families in search of a gentler way of life.

That's how I came to found LisbonParticulier. For more than 8 years, I've been helping my customers find their ideal place, their future home or sell their property, making sure the experience is as stress-free as possible.

Elsa Condet, a graduate of the Vatel Institute in Lyon, began her career in luxury hospitality in London, Paris, and Saint-Tropez before leading the launch of a high-end ecolodge in Madagascar.
Drawing on her expertise in the hospitality industry, she transitioned to entrepreneurship by co-founding T’elma, a bakery and catering business, and later Cake l’Atelier, a culinary concept for children.
Combining her passion for excellence, entrepreneurial spirit, and love for real estate, Elsa founded LisbonParticulier in 2016, a real estate agency in Portugal.
A visionary, Elsa guides her clients with a unique blend of authenticity and bespoke service.

Camille began her career in Public Relations and Luxury Marketing with multinational companies like Philip Morris and Estée Lauder.
In 2007, she moved to Lebanon, where she restored a beautiful historic house and created "La Maison des Sources," a charming guesthouse that combined a sense of beauty with the joy of hosting.
In 2020, Camille settled in Lisbon and embarked on another restoration project, bringing an abandoned building back to life.
She met Elsa Condet, with whom she shares a passion for real estate and excellence in service.
Naturally, and with great pleasure, she joined LisbonParticulier.

A business school graduate, Aude began her career in Paris in marketing and digital media.

She moved to Lisbon in 2016, where she entered the real estate investment and renovation sector, developing a practical understanding of the local market over the years.

In 2026, she joined Lisbon Particulier, where she oversees the brand’s development and communications while also participating in real estate projects.
